Shaniya Davis ,Another Child Protection Agency Failor
This Child was a little angel that slipped through the cracks. She was from a broken home and the mother with a life style of questional moral turpitude, was allowed to keep. This childs' circumstances should have been red flaged long ago but the lazy efforts of the Department of Social Services have once again missed the boat with a total failor to implement its'authority given to it. Instead it promotes the life style that leads to broken homes and children having children .A private local study revealed many households are recieving welfare assistance and almost all are from single parent homes. The fact is that aid is only granted for families that do not have two parents. thus promoting the shackup life style. This begins with the violation of parental rights. Where the corporal punishment is turned into abuse and the fourth commandment is completely ignored and attacked by the ACLU in Its' attack on this old document of law "The Ten Commandments"  that should have never been removed from the courts of law. Out of control children leads to out of control adults that is then exploidted by the very system that liberated them from the moral fortitude of diciplin that would have guided them to live more productive lives.
